OneChildOneLight Trust is looking for promoters
The OneChildOneLight programme aims to provide every child, who so far is dependent on a fossil fuel powered study light, with a Solar Powered LED study Light that is bright, non-polluting, dependable and economical by the year 2020. Individuals and Organizations who want to help in this mission do so through Gifting, Donations, CSR Initiatives, and Philanthropic activities.
To further this mission, the OneChildOneLight programme is looking for Promoters and Volunteers, who will help in day to day activities of the programme on both Part/Fulltime basis and reach out to as many people as possible and encourage them to get involved in the programme.
Who fits in?
Promoters of the programme typically assist in:
- Sending proposals
- Making presentations
- Community building, and
- Recruiting other promoters.
As a promoter you will be reaching out to NGOs, Self Help Groups in a village, Governments, Corporate sector, Educational Institutes, and Individuals through visits, seminars, presentation, social media, telephone calls, and other means. As a promoter, selling lights or raising corporate donations is not mandatory but is encouraged as far as possible. Highly/Self motivated candidates with a passion to work in the social sector are encouraged to apply.
- Students, Working Professionals, Self-Employed/Entrepreneurs, or Individuals with a passion to work for the social sector can apply
- Min. Qualification: Degree/Post Graduation/MBA or Equivalent in any subject
- Min Work Experience: None. Even fresher’s can apply.
- Having previous record of NGO work/Volunteering/Similar exposure will be advantageous
You will be paid a consolidated salary on monthly basis and OCOL will cover, telephone and other travelling expenditure to clients and business places.
